Reserva Mix Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern access to the platform, user and organizer dashboards, events, tickets, complimentary tickets, sections, ticket batches, stores, feed, WhatsConnect, scanner, PWA, subdomains and domains.

2. Registration and security

Users must provide truthful information, protect their credentials and report misuse. Documents may be requested for review, without blocking registration when designated as optional.

3. Organizers

The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of the event, prices, ticket batches, capacity, classification, policies, published content, customer service and compliance with legal, tax and consumer obligations.

4. Tickets and validation

Paid tickets are only released after payment confirmation. Complimentary tickets require issuance. QR Codes are individual and may be blocked after the first validation.

5. Payments and withdrawals

Payments, refunds, time frames and withdrawals depend on the contracted providers and the rules presented in the transaction. The platform may separate PIX and card balances.

6. WhatsApp and AI

Use of WhatsConnect, Evolution and AI features depends on configuration, a valid connection, consent and availability of external services. AI must not invent information and may transfer assistance to a person.

7. Content and feed

Anyone publishing content declares that they have authorization for the photos, videos, brands and texts. Illegal, abusive or rights-infringing content may be removed.

8. Plans, domain and PWA

Features vary by plan. Domains depend on availability, registration and DNS. PWA installation depends on the browser and valid HTTPS.

9. Availability and liability

The platform seeks continuity and security, but external integrations may experience downtime. Incidents will be handled in accordance with applicable law and legal limits.

10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for fraud, violation of these terms, security risks or legal orders, respecting the right of defense where applicable.
